How we work
What actually happens between the first call and the first delivery.
Most suppliers send you a catalogue and wait for you to find what you need in it. We do the opposite: we start from what you already buy, and work from there.
This page describes the whole process, including what we ask of you and what we do not do. If you have just spoken with us on the phone and you are wondering what working with us looks like, this is it.
The five steps
From the first document to recurring delivery
You send us what you already buy
An invoice, a purchase order, an Excel file, or a photo of the box taken in your warehouse. The format does not matter in the slightest.
We start there rather than making you work through a catalogue of 2,000 items, because it is the only way to compare like with like. A price only means something when it is tied to the exact product, the exact format and the exact quantity you go through.
We analyze it, line by line
For each item we identify what we can supply: the same product, or an equivalent where it genuinely is one. We check formats, volumes and quantities per case, because that is often where the apparent price gaps between two suppliers are hiding.
When an item has no satisfactory equivalent in our range, we say so. Sometimes we recommend keeping a product with your current supplier.
You test before changing anything
For any product your teams use daily, we send free samples. A technical data sheet tells you what a product is supposed to do; a week of real use tells you whether it does it at your workstations.
This is the step buyers skip most often, and the one that causes the most returns.
You receive a quote, product by product
Not a lump sum, but one line per item: what you pay today, what we propose, and the matching format. You see immediately where the gaps are, and you can take only part of it.
Unit price depends on volume. So we show you what the box, the case and the pallet each give, so you decide knowing the brackets rather than discovering them afterwards.
We deliver, and we keep your stock available
The products you go through regularly are kept in inventory to avoid stockouts, because running out of gloves or hairnets stops a production line — and at that point the unit price no longer matters at all.
We provide the technical data sheets your quality teams need for their compliance files and their audits.
Three ways to order
Chosen by the type of need, not by the size of your company
The quote
For volumes that come back every month or every quarter. This is the route that gives the best pricing, because it lets us build an agreement on annual volume rather than order by order.
Request a quote →The online shop
For a quick top-up or a small immediate order, without going through us. Common products are available by the unit or the box, with online payment.
Visit the shop →The portal
To reorder what you have already bought, review your history and track your purchases, without going through a quote every time.
Open the portal →The full range — over 2,000 products — is in the Neobex catalogue, well beyond what the shop carries.
What people ask us before starting
We process your request within 24 to 48 hours. A list of a few items comes back faster than one with dozens of lines, but in every case you have an answer inside that window.
No. Many of our clients start with a single category — gloves, or paper — and widen it later if they are satisfied. It is a reasonable way to test us without putting your operations at risk.
No. The analysis of your purchases and the samples are free, with no commitment.
Tell us. We can still give you a reference price on your main items, which at the very least gives you a comparison point at your next renewal.
It starts with your last invoice
Attach it to the form, write to us, or call. That is all it takes to get a serious comparison.
